TERMS OF PARTICIPATION AND USE
WHO RUNS THIS
The combine and this site are run by the association Brno Alligators, z.s., IČO 22832416, Úvoz 441/108, 602 00 Brno. Contact details are in the footer or at info@alligators.cz.
TAKING PART
You sign up voluntarily and train at your own risk. Tell a coach before you start if anything limits you, and follow the instructions of coaches and organisers at each station. Minors need the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
ACCOUNT AND PROFILE
You activate your profile yourself and can edit or delete it at any time. Do not share your login details. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy page.
DECLARING FOR A PARENT
If you are 15 to 17 and the club has your year of birth on record, you confirm a parent's consent to publishing your name, photo, photos and videos or card by ticking a declaration. Otherwise we e-mail your parent a link. Tick it only if your parent or legal guardian really agrees. You are responsible for the declaration being true. If we find out it is not, or a parent contacts us, we cancel publication right away. A parent can withdraw consent at any time at info@alligators.cz.
CONTENT AND RESULTS
Results are published only to the extent described in the Privacy page. We show your full name only with your consent, otherwise only shortened (J** N.). We never show photos publicly. Club texts, logos and photos belong to the club.
CHANGES
We may change these terms. The valid version is always the one currently on this page.
